Proposal
Firstly, we make sure we fully understand your business and your goals, and discuss what you need from a website. Ideally this would be face-to-face. We then send you a quote proposal, which forms the contract between our two companies. Once accepted, we ask for a deposit to start the ball rolling.
Planning
Now we plan your website in more depth and establish the site structure, the user journey, the content placement, hooks and calls to action etc. We take into consideration the viewing experience and how the designs will adapt for different screen sizes and mobile phones.
Design
We then create design visuals for the homepage and 1 or more content pages, to graphically represent the look and feel of the developed website. We ask you for content and photos at this stage to incorporate into the visuals. These designs are shared with you and amended until you are entirely happy.
Development
When the visuals have been approved, the website development begins. We custom build the working website using the visuals as a guide. When ready, the working website is installed onto a private staging area and shared with you to review. Any final tweaks will be carried out before sign off.
Go Live!
Following a thorough period of testing, the completed website files are installed onto your preferred hosting plan. We then invoice you for the remaining fee, and the site goes live.
Support
We never cast off any of our clients once a website has gone live. We are always available to offer ongoing support, add extra features, make content updates, advise on social media continuity etc.
